Do you have a pricelist?
Absolutely! To check out our price guide please look under the SHOP heading and you will find a pricelist attached!
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes we do! Our minimum order required is 12 cookies! For smaller amounts please look at our pre made packs in the SHOP section!
How far in advance do I order?
We love and organised queen here at CKCO!
2-3 weeks minimum is required for all bookings, including all pre made packs! this allows me time to complete your order amongst others!
I do tend to book out very quickly though so I highly suggest booking as soon as you can! I hate to say no to customers so your promptness is appreciated.
I do however have some lighter weeks occasionally, so please do reach out if you do have a last minute request and we will let you know ASAP if we can accommodate it!
How do I place an order?
To place a custom order please fill out a custom enquiry form in the CUSTOM ENQUIRIES section in the main tab bar.
For all pre made packs, please purchase in the SHOP section (please note a processing time of 2 weeks can occur for these packs)
Can I purchase these as a gift?
Yes absolutely! If you add this into the notes section at checkout and the correct delivery address of the recipient.
Please note that if this information isn't noted they will be sent to the address provided in the checkout details.
Pickup & Postage
Where are you located?
We have two pickup locations!
One based in Slacks Creek, Brisbane (1 minute from IKEA)
One in Mount Gravatt East (2 minutes off the M1)
Do you post?
Absolutely! We now post Australia wide via Australia Post!
How much is postage
Postage pricing is entirely based upon the size and weight of your order, however prices do start FROM $15.95 for express postage.
An updated price will be given to you via quote once a determined quantity is given.
How long does postage take?
We only offer Express Postage, this can be between 1 - 4 days depending on your location.
We take no responsibility for postage delays or lost parcels.
You will receive a tracking number upon postage which you will be able to track your delivery estimated date and times.
Is it safe to post cookies?
All the cookies will be wrapped individually in bubble wrap and every measure will be taken to provide safe postage.
We however will not be held responsible for breakages or any damage to the cookies in transit.

How long do the cookies last?
The cookies have a shelf life of up to 3 weeks if individually wrapped or 2 months if heat sealed!
All cookies require individual wrapping for postage and is highly recommended for all parties and events.
If not individually wrapped upon purchase you can store up to 4 days in an air tight container.
How do I store my cookies?
Cookies are best left in a cool spot out of direct sunlight! Please do not put the cookies in the fridge as they tend to get wet and sticky!
A cookie care card will be given to you with your order to refer back to.
Do you cater to allergies?
Whilst we would love to be able to cater to all dietary requirements, at this stage, our cookies contain dairy, gluten and egg.
All cookies are made in a kitchen that contains traces of gluten, dairy, poultry and nuts. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
STL FILES
What is an STL file?
An STL File is a type of 3D model digital file that's commonly used for 3D Printing. Please note, you do need to own a 3D printer to be able to purchase this file from my store, you will not receive this order physically! For printed stamps please select the "Physical stamp and cutter" version on each listing.
What are the optimal printing settings?
For optimal printing results, please ensure you're printing with a 0.2 nozzle and have top surfaces enabled for extra smoothness.
I also encourage you to print with a 30% sparse infill density with gyroid pattern selected. Ensure you printer is fully callibrated to help rule out any print faults.
We can not be held responsible for any misprints or average results. All files have been printed and tested on these settings with our own Bambu Labs printers with guaranteed quality and best results. These files are for Bakers whom have decent knowledge and understanding of 3D printers and slicing software. We are happy to help troubleshoot some minor problems however we will not provide training in these programs as we do not have the capacity or expertise to do so.
Can I share this file?
All digital files on my website are original designs by Very Cherry Prints, by purchasing my files you agree to the Terms and Conditions to not alter or share the files, or distribute the 3D printed product in any way. They are for personal use ONLY.
Physical Stamps and Cutters
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only shipping domestically within Australia, We do have STL'S avalable for 3D printer owners outside of Australia.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge the following for postage:
Regular: $14.95
Express: $18.95
For all orders over $120.00, you will receive FREE Express Shipping, just select this automatic option at the checkout.
How long does processing usually take?
We currently have a 3-4 day processing time to create your order, this does not include postage times. The times may vary during busy holidays periods, however this will be updated regularly on our Instagram page.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post, however we usually find our express orders are received in less than 3 business days! Regular postage can be anywhere up to 5-8 days depending on your location. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
What are the care Instructions for stamps?
Cookie stamps & cutters are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with soap and warm (not hot) water.
Scrub with a small brush as required.
Do not soak in water for long periods.
Store in a cool dry place, contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp or melt.
