Quotes

All quotes are valid for 10 days only. Once the quote has been accepted, you will be emailed through an invoice to be paid. Please note the constant inflation of products is a factor in which we take into mind when quoting particular designs. If a quote is not accepted within this time period, there may be a slight increase in price when the quote is finalised.

Securing your booking

All orders are unconfirmed until a deposit has been paid. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is required five days prior to the pick up or dispatch date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations and Alterations

We are unable to accomodate for any alterations, including quantity and designs, to existing orders. The reason for this is that once your order is booked in, we have already begun the process of sourcing required supplies to fulfil your order.

Additionally, we are unable to offer cancellations for orders under any circumstances, When you place your order, you're agreeing to go ahead with the amount of cookies requested, designs selected, for the pick up date agreed upon.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances. All of our cookies are custom made and baked fresh for each and every order.

Allergens

While we take all precautions to ensure cross-contamination
does not occur, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to this risk and to not hold us responsible for any allergic reactions.

Photography & Social Media

Say Cheese! We absolutely love taking photos of each and every order we custom create and as such, we reserve the right to upload these across our social media accounts to use for marketing purposes. If you would like certain details left out of the photos or do not wish for us to share images of your cookies, this must be specified at the time of placing your order.

Pickups

Orders are to be collected via our boutique kitchen space and are available for pickup at the premises at a prearranged time and date only. Please be punctual in the time allocated for collection, as we have other deliveries to attend to and rely heavily on prompt pickups.

We are not responsible for any damages to the products once the products have been collected from us, please ensure safe transport and storage of the products. We are not liable for any damage once it has left the premises.

Damage may occur to products which are held in hot or in high humidity environments. We are not held liable for any damage occurred to products that are exposed to weather, heat or humidity. Fondant is not designed to be refrigerated as refrigeration may cause colours to run and or the icing to become wet and sticky. For best storage, your order should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight, preferably in the box they were supplied in.

Shipping & Postage

Whilst we take the utmost care when handling your cookies and do everything in our power to prevent the possibility of any damages, broken or damaged cookies can be a possibility and are a non-refundable risk you take when requesting a postal order. Once your order has left our hands, we do not take responsibility and are not liable for any damages once your order has been picked up or dispatched.

Additionally, whilst every order goes through Australia Post express and we do our best to make sure these head out on time, there is no guarantee that your order will arrive on time, due to current delays impacting delivery scheduling. We do not take responsibility nor will we be held liable for postage delays or lost packages - postage is at your own risk.
